Automaton Big Ben Bite Wall Clock

  • This big wall clock Automaton Big Ben Bite is made of several layers of wood, painted high quality acrylic paint. The front elements of the clock are decorated with detailed engraving. Stainless steel elements and copper coated screws are used in the construction of this clock model.

While making the design of a new clock we were inspired by Big Ben which is the nickname for the Great Bell of the clock at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London and is usually extended to refer to both the clock and the clock tower. The official name of the tower in which Big Ben is located was originally the Clock Tower, but it was renamed Elizabeth Towerin 2012 to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Elizabeth II. The tower was designed by Augustus Pugin in Neo-Gothic style. When completed in 1859, its clock was the largest and most accurate four-faced striking and chiming clock in the world.

  • Upon request the clock can be personalized with a text engraving, which will neatly supplement the look of the clock face.
  • Clock size 29x32 cm / 11x12 in

*AA battery is not included

**the clock hands can slightly differ from those you see on the pictures
