We welcome and encourage you to call the office if you have a problem, question, or need to get in touch with us for any reason. When you call the office the staff usually answers the phone. She will either schedule an appointment or channel the call to the person whom you wish to speak. If the doctor is busy with a patient, the receptionist will take your call and relay your message. Your call will be returned USUALLY BETWEEN 24- 72 HRS. Sometimes the staff are busy with other patients currently in the office and cannot answer the phone. In that case, leave a message and we will try to return your call as soon as possible.

If you are calling to get lab reports or a progress report on your condition, the doctor will call you back if she is unavailable at that time. The doctor will usually contact you between patients, if time permits, or during lunch hour or after hours.
Call our main office number: (949) 951-7100. Include your pharmacist’s phone number with the area code. Your prescription refill will be called in at the end of the day. Or have your pharmacist fax a request or use scripts
As a precaution, routine prescriptions will not be filled during weekends or holidays. This is because the doctor may not have access to your medical records. Our policy is to allow 72 hours for refills of regular medication.
If there is an emergency, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
After hours and on days the office is closed, Dr. Stosel can be reached for urgent matters.
